Shine Bright: Register to Serve or Make a Donation.

The Tim Tebow Foundation's Night to Shine is a global movement, and our local Night to Shine event will be one of hundreds of proms happening worldwide on February 7, 2025.

Bay Presbyterian & Strongsville United Methodist Church are teaming up again to co-host this event, this year at The Aviator in Cleveland. Our guest registration is full but we are still recruiting volunteers; we are also accepting donations/sponsorships.

We will welcome over 200 guests (teens and adults with disabilities) and nearly 200 parents and caregivers, all supported by hundreds of volunteers. Our honored guests will enjoy a red carpet experience featuring paparazzi, corsages and boutonnieres, a plated dinner, dancing, limo rides, and more. The evening’s highlight will be the crowning of each guest as king or queen of the prom with crowns and tiaras. Meanwhile, parents and caregivers will have their own event at The Aviator, complete with dinner and music. Every aspect of Night to Shine is provided at no cost to guests and their families.

Volunteers must be 14 and over to serve; background checks are mandatory (at no cost to the volunteer candidate).

We’re at capacity, so we are unable to accommodate any more guests. We open registration each year in mid-November and we encourage you to book early next fall.
